B&A Investment Bankers was established by Cyril Benoit in 2011 to advise select clients on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic and financial transactions, as well as major growth and investment decisions.

In 2012, Emmanuel Gros joined the firm to open B&A’s Shanghai office, after successfully advising on the acquisition of Diva Bordeaux by Chinese agro-food giant Bright Food.
